Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we are now offering Free US Shipping on all items!
We do ship Internationally. Regrettably not free.
We can't be responsible for Customs Duties and Fees, or for possible Delays in Customs.
What are your policies on returns and refunds?
When necessary, returns will be accepted on any item, for any reason, if in original, undamaged condition. Please contact us within 3 days of arrival for an ok, and have the item return shipped to us within 7 days. Buyer pays return shipping.
What about a damaged item?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately. All shipments are insured. Please keep all packing materials until the shipping company has had an opportunity to inspect the damaged item and packaging, if necessary, or the insurance may be voided.
