Using the PayPal payment option link at the bottom of each page, you can pay with your PayPal account, or with any of the credit cards shown. You can also call and we can process the transaction by phone.
CA sales tax is 9%. If the item is to be shipped out of state, or you have a CA resale number, no sales tax is required.
When you click on the Buy Now icon and go to the PayPal page, you're able to fill in a description of the item(s) to be purchased, and the total amount, including shipping and sales tax, if applicable.
Click Continue. This will take you to the payment page, where you can pay with PayPal, or click the Pay with Debit or Credit Card button at the bottom. Your credit card info is not shared with us.

Returns will be accepted for any reason within 7 days of receipt, if in original, undamaged condition. Buyer must contact us and receive permission prior to return. Refunds do not include packing, shipping, or delivery costs. Buyer pays return shipping.
We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS for the majority of our domestic deliveries (unless another carrier is specifically requested). For each item, we'll check the service options and costs for each carrier, and advise you. When shipped, you'll receive an email notification with the tracking number and estimated delivery time.
We use several accredited freight companies for our large item deliveries. Each item is quoted individually depending on size, weight and recipient's location. All furniture is blanket-wrapped to protect it, unless specified otherwise. If crating or another packaging method is preferred, or recommended by us, additional packaging charges may apply.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately. All shipments are insured. You must keep all packaging materials until the shipping company has had an opportunity to inspect the damaged item and packaging. If you do not keep the packaging materials, or if you proceed with a return or repair before the inspection, the insurance may be voided, and Ki Japanese Antiques will no longer be responsible for the replacement or repair value. If the package is damaged, notify the delivery person, and take a picture before opening.
